Today the family headed over to the Reindeer Farm, located southeast of Palmer, at the base of the Bodenburg Butte. | ||||||
This is our second trip to the Reindeer Farm but the first for the Miners. There is a lot to do here for the kids and today was a nice day to do it, not cold, no snow or ice.

You can feed many of the the animals, which is fun for both kids and adults. The farm provides a wealth of information about each species. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and constantly interact with visitors, sharing fascinating facts about the animals. |

Feeding a Highland Cow. The farm is home to a variety of animals, including reindeer, alpacas, moose, miniature donkeys, bison, yaks, piglets, and horses. There is even a reptile house. |
